I just wanna check what the nutters say about random crits..

Random crits make the game way more fun.

And this game is about fun, not about who can get the most kills and least deaths.

yes I agree so much fun. This game looks like a cartoon, so it has to keep its craziness side!

Crits really make the game dynamic that's for sure.. But I think it would be fun to try without..
Sometimes when you get a lucky shot and know that if I hadnt got that crit i would have been killed by that player I feel kind of bad

Things really improved after Valve made the overall crit chance 2% instead of 5% but still a lucky shot can turn the tides of a battle.

I like the random crit.
Playing as sniper last night i was in the garage attacking point 5, i was able to shoot a soldier in the head just after he sent a crit rocket towards me, i was unable to get out of the way quicker enough and died. Can't remember who this was but must of been pleased that although died still got someone.

Yes! Soldier only, no crits, Final Destination.

Joke aside, I don't think no crits would be a good idea on lazytown.. There are alot of no-crit server out there already.

But sure, if some other people want to try it go ahead, just not more then one night

Right, im a bit twosided on this one. I really really hate how people get kills they didnt deserve.
HOWEVER, crits are a part of the game and one of the more recent patches already altered the crit-rate so it's more performance based.

ONE NIGHT of non-crit + ff on would be alright I guess. Not permanent.

I'm having problems deciding if I want crits or not myself too.. If you have a lucky night and get a lot of crits its really funny.. but the other way isn't quite that funny
As Celestial said we could try random crits some time we play and see if we like it..


One thing I also always would like to try was allcrit.. every shot is a crit. just for fun off course..

I am a little gambling type so these lucky shots really fill my needed fix. Likewise dying from a crit makes me feel like hated from God, but you know:
your kills = skills, their kills = luck

Also criticals (rockets and bombs) can kill an engie standing beside his sentry, along with stickies those are the alternatives to ubers.

Crits are ok. It can be frustrating dying from them sometimes, but dishing them out makes up for it. It's great in a 1 on 1 situation when your about dead, then out of nowhere you crit the other player.

Agree with Ant, kritz are good, as a heavy i love that "thud thus thud!" krit noise when i hit, im addicted.

One night without them i can live with, i am curious to see how it effects the game?

I thought it was just about the random crits, not the special 100% crit stuff such as kritzkrieg and backburner etc. But the random low % chance of getting a critstreak. Would be stupid to turn of the 100% crit things.
But I agree, I like the critsystem as it is.
