You want crates? I got crates. All sorts going back to #24. I have no use for them. Please take them. Please.

Have a look:

And if you don't want them, have you at least got a suggestion for something to do with them? If not, i'm just going to delete them.

Not me ta JJ, I have far more success just opening random drop crates than bulk-opening stuff. :)

You do realise crates don't have items allocated/inside them while they're in your backpack? Only when you open a crate is an item 'dropped'. It doesn't matter when you open it or how many in succession. The only way you could guarantee 1 Unusual in every 100 crates (1% drop rate) is if you were the only person in the world opening crates. As long as there are other players opening crates the chance of you getting an unusual is pretty much random. Obviously the more crates you open the more your chances increase but it's a lottery. You could open 3 crates and get 3 Unusuals and you could open 300 and get none. Sell your crates on Steam market or give them all to me and I will ;)

Yep, I'm fully aware of that Sponge. I just seem to have a remarkable strike rate just opening the odd one occasionally. Everytime I've bulk-unboxed (250 on one occasion!!!) I've got nothing yet just using one or two keys every now and again has netted me some nice unusuals. :)

Was more as general info.

Yeah same m8, I unbox the odd one now and again. Probably opened less than 30 crates in total since they came out. :D

Why spend moneys on keys to unbox crates tho? Why not just buy the unusual you want for the same amount of money ... But I guess if you wanna show off ;)

Well, looks like my faithful companion crates will be taking a trip to the incinerator, then!
