It is obvious that he uses W for moving backwards.
S moves him backwards too. That is why he is also killing everybody without moving infront of a medic - all his keys are bind to move him backwards

And as far as walking backwards concerned: it's not my fault you don't know when to get out

I'm in a clan (CiC obviously) and play medic, hence the practice in dodging/getting out of 'sticky' situations.

I can highly recommend pickup games if you want to experience it :-)
