I was born in december 1980 in Zagreb, Croatia, but have spent the last 23 years living in France, near Paris. So that makes me half-french and half-croatian. I have a master's degree in english, and I've been working as a freelance video games translator for the past 7 years now. So I'm a french-croatian with a pretty big english/american culture. Lately I've also been developing a huge interest in japanese...so all in all that makes me a person who likes to speak foreign languages.
I've been playing video games pretty much all my life, starting with an Atari 2600, moving to an Amiga 500, and then various consoles and PCs... I'm actually playing a lot more on my consoles than on my PC, the latter being my main choice for FPSs and some role playing games. And TF2, of course.
I bought the Orange Box when it came out and have been playing TF2 regularly ever since. I started on 2 Fort, played the hell out of it, then some payload maps, and after a while discovered lazytown and fell in love with it. The challenge provided by the regulars on multiplay's server was totally new for me, and it was a delight to play against such high level folks. Pretty hard, but fun. And since most of them were so friendly and funny, I kept coming back for more.
I usually play demoman, spy or pyro. Spying is not the easiest thing to do on lazy, but it's the most entertaining class for me. And sometimes I'll be a medic or an engineer, if it's needed. But you will never ever see me playing sniper. I hate them all with a passion. So of course my biggest pleasure is backstabbing them.
When I'm not playing video games, I'm usually playing my electric guitar. I started playing pretty late in my life, only 3 years ago, but it's my biggest passion ever since. I bought my guitar in Japan, and after that I bought a sampler, and then a Kaossilator (look it up, it's awesome !), and I'm pretty much always thinking about buying new guitars or instruments now. And of course, one day, form a band maybe ? We'll see. But if I ever start a band, I'll name a song "Home of the Cleaner", and that's a promise.
